HI!  My name is Marissa Rae.  I was born on February 11, 2004 at 5:44 a.m. at Sharon Regional Health System.  When I was born I was 7 lbs, 6 oz and 20 inches long.  I was born with a full head of jet black hair and deep blue eyes.  My mommy and daddy are Kelly and Rich.  My mom had a relatively short labor.  Her contractions started shortly after 11:30 p.m. on February 10th.  She was admitted into the hospital by one a.m. and I was born almost five hours later.  I was very alert right from birth!  I was crying and looking around when I was just seconds old.  My daddy was in the delivery room for my birth, and both sets of my grandparents were waiting outside for the news!

I got to come home from the hospital on Friday, February 13, 2004. When I left the hospital I weighed seven pounds even.  I had mild jaundice for the first 3-4 days at home, but it cleared up on its own without treatment.  By my two week check up I weighed 8 lbs 2oz. and my doctor said I was in perfect health!

My birthstone is amethyst and my birth month flower is violet.  I am an Aquarius!

I have a lot of family that loves me! My grandparents are Ray & Ginnie and Jim & Pat. I have two uncles, my Uncle Ryan and my Uncle Jimmy.  I have one aunt, my Aunt Krissy.  I have one first-cousin named Dylan.  I also have lots of great-aunts and uncles and lots of second cousins.  Mommy's friends are also my "adopted aunts"-- Jamil, Brandi, Amy and Kristin.  And I have lots of playmates-- Olivia, Verity, Oriana, Antonio and Emma.  We all have lots of fun when we're together!

My Mommy and Daddy were married in Las Vegas on November 30, 2005.  I got to walk down the aisle with Mommy, my cousin Dylan and my Pe-Pa Ray!  I looked so beautiful in my little dress!

I was a very happy baby and an even happier toddler!  I always wake up with a smile and it stays on my face all day! I am very talkative and silly.  I love to dance, sing and play!  I know all my colors, shapes, ABC's and numbers up to 15!

First steps: 11 1/2 months (10 months would "cruise"... walk holding onto furniture, hands, etc)

Weaned Off Bottle: 15 months

Feeds Self with Spoon & Fork: 15 months

Peed on the Potty: 22 months
